• Next, candidates should fill out the SMP application form.
• Further, candidates must upload the following documents in the prescribed format and file size:
  • A scanned copy of the Aadhaar Card, e-Aadhaar, PAN, or the first two pages of the Passport.
  • A scanned copy of the provisional degree certificate, degree certificate, marks transcript, or score transcript.
  • A scanned copy (or copies) of documents showing the required minimum work experience for the program. The documents must be provided by the company and should include the date of joining and leaving the company.
