IIM Supplementary Admission Process: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bodh Gaya has commenced the Supplementary Admission Process (SAP) 2025 for candidates aspiring to join its management programs. This process is designed for applicants who have not been shortlisted for the Common Admission Process (CAP) and wish to pursue MBA, MBA-HHM (Hospital and Healthcare Management), or MBA-DBM (Digital Business Management) at IIM Bodh Gaya.

The Supplementary Admission Process (SAP) is organized by three third-generation IIMs— IIM Bodh Gaya, IIM Jammu, and IIM Sirmaur—for candidates who are not shortlisted for the Common Admission Process (CAP). Based on previous trends, the IIM SAP 2025 results are expected to be announced in May or June 2025. The SAP cutoff for IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu will be available online.

IIM Bodh Gaya SAP 2025 Shortlisting Criteria

IIM Jammu SAP 2025 Cut-Off & Shortlisting Criteria

IIM Jammu, apart from participating in the Common Admission Process (CAP) 2025, will also conduct a Supplementary Admission Process (SAP) 2025 for candidates who meet IIM Jammu’s PI shortlisting criteria but do not meet the CAP 2025 cut-off requirements. This ensures that eligible candidates get an additional opportunity for admission.

Below are the category-wise minimum percentile cut-offs required for shortlisting through SAP 2025:

Components of Final Merit List 

• CAT Score: Weightage of approximately 50%.
• Personal Interview (PI): Weightage of about 20% .
• Profile Evaluation: This includes academic background and work experience, contributing around 30% .

IIM SAP 2025 Key Instructions & Documents Required

Key Instructions

• Eligibility: Candidates must have a valid CAT 2025 score. The SAP cut-off is lower than CAP, making it accessible to more participants.
• Registration Timeline:
  • Start Date: February, 2025
  • End Date: February, 2025
• Registration Process:
  • Fill out the online form on the IIM Bodh Gaya admissions website.
  • Ensure the information is accurate, as changes are not allowed after submission.
  • If you hold multiple degrees, select the relevant checkboxes and provide the required details.
• Personal Interview (PI): A separate PI round will be held in March 2025 for shortlisted candidates.

Required Documents

• Photograph: Size between 200 KB to 500 KB.
• Signature: Size between 50 KB to 200 KB.
• CAT 2024 scorecard: Candidates need to provide CAT scorecard
• Class 10 and Class 12 Marksheet: Along with the pass certificates.
• Graduation Certificate: Including transcripts and degree certificates.
• Category Certificate: For candidates from reserved categories.

Correction Request after Submission of SAP 2025 Data

1. Identify Required Changes: Review your application to determine which details need correction, such as information about your Class 10, Class 12, diploma, or higher qualifications.
2. Access the SAP-2025 Portal: Log into the SAP-2025 application portal using the credentials you used during registration.
3. Fill Out the Correction Section: Locate the designated correction section in the application form and input the necessary updates.
4. Upload Updated Documents: If changes require supporting documents, upload them in the correct format (e.g., .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .pdf, .docx, .doc). Ensure that each file is under 1.5 MB.
   • If multiple documents are needed for one field, combine them into a single file before uploading.
5. Review and Submit: Double-check all changes to ensure accuracy before submitting your correction request.
6. Confirmation: Look for confirmation messages or emails to verify that your correction request has been successfully received.

Important Notes

• For integrated degrees (Graduation & Master’s) without clear distinctions, you can decide how to categorize them in the form.
• Ensure all corrections are accurate, as further changes may not be allowed after submission.
