ISB GMAT Focus: ISB is one of the best MBA colleges in India . There are two ISB campuses in India, one in Hyderabad and the other in Mohali. Candidates who aim for IIMs also prioritise securing admission to ISB because of its extensive and rigorous curriculum and exceptional placement offers.

ISB GMAT Focus Eligibility Criteria

ISB accepts both CAT and GMAT scores to shortlist candidates for its MBA program . However, candidates who want to enter the ISB with their GMAT Focus scores must note that the institute accepts only centre-based GMAT test scores. Therefore, candidates must avoid taking remote proctored GMAT exams for ISB admissions. Here are the notable eligibility criteria candidates must meet for admission to ISB:
  • Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognised university. Qualification equivalent to a bachelor’s degree is also accepted by ISB.
  • A valid GMAT score. Although there is no GMATFocus ISB cut-off specified by the institute, candidates should aim for a median GMAT score of 645-665.
  • Minimum full-time work experience of 24 months.

ISB Admission Process Important Dates

ISB Admission Process

ISB conducts a rigorous and holistic admission process for its PGP program. Here are the details of the ISB admission process:
  • Registration: Candidates need to complete the registration process by visiting the official website of ISB.
  • Appear for Entrance Exam: Next, candidates need to appear for the CAT or GMAT Focus exam and qualify for it with a minimum acceptable score.
  • PI Round: Candidates who are shortlisted for the ISB PGP program based on their CAT or GMAT scores need to appear for the PI round on the specified date. Further, the final merit list is created by considering candidates’ performance in the PI round.
  • Document Verification: Selected candidates need to present their original documents by visiting the college campus. Document verification is crucial to prove one’s eligibility for the program.
  • Fee Payment: In the last step, candidates need to pay the PGP admission fee to confirm their seat.

  • Dean Don Jacob's Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is offered to candidates based on their excellent merit in academic performance. Those who get this scholarship are offered a 50% waiver on the tuition fees.

  • Armed Forces Scholarship

This scholarship also provides a 50% waiver on tuition fees of the ISB program. However, it is offered to those who have served or belong to families of individuals who have served in the defence sector. It is offered in honour of armed forces personnel.
