XAT Mock Test 2024 Paper Pattern and Marking Scheme
The XAT mock test 2024 paper will include a total of 100 questions grouped in 3 sections. Candidates will get 210 minutes to answer all the questions. The marking pattern for the XAT mock test will be as follows:- Each correct answer awards candidates a +1 mark.
- For every incorrect response, 0.25 marks will be reduced.
- If more than eight consecutive questions go unanswered, a penalty of 0.10 marks is imposed.
- For the GK section, there won't be any negative marking.
Time Allocation for XAT Mock Test 2024
While attempting the XAT mock test, candidates will get a specific time limit to solve questions provided in a section. The sectional time limit will be as follows:- As the XAT mock test begins, candidates get 5 minutes of time for keyboard testing.
- For answering questions from the Verbal/Logical Ability, Decision-making, Data Interpretation, and Quantitative Ability sections, candidates are allotted 175 minutes.
- The Essay Writing and General Knowledge section consists of 30 minutes.
