NEET PG 2026 Re-Exam Date Out for Jaipur Centre: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has announced the NEET PG 2026 re-exam date for candidates whose examination could not be completed at two centres in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The re-examination will be held on September 5, 2026 (Saturday), at 3:00 PM. 

The affected candidates appeared for the NEET PG 2026 examination at the iON Digital Zone iDZ Sitapura centres, which had Test Centre (TC) numbers 41682 and 41683.

The examination at these centres could not be completed because of an internal power failure. NBEMS has stated that the issue was attributed to M/s TCS Ltd., the agency responsible for conducting the examination. Candidates who were affected by the problem will get another opportunity to complete the examination.

NEET PG 2026 Re-Exam Date Overview

NEET PG 2026 re-exam date has been announced for the affected candidates and will be conducted on September 5, 2026, at 3:00 PM. The re-exam will be held in Jaipur, Rajasthan. 

The re-exam is only for candidates who could not complete the NEET PG 2026 exam at the affected Sitapura centres. Candidates who completed their examination are not required to appear for the re-examination.

Reason for NEET PG 2026 Re-Exam

NEET PG 2026 exam was conducted on August 30, 2026. A total of 2,73,096 candidates were registered for the examination. Out of these, 2,65,980 candidates appeared at 1,111 examination centres across the country. The examination was completed for around 2,63,535 candidates.

However, candidates at the iON Digital Zone iDZ Sitapura centres in Jaipur faced an internal power failure during the examination. Due to this problem, the examination could not be completed for the affected candidates.

To provide these candidates with a fair opportunity to complete the examination, NBEMS has decided to conduct a re-examination. The decision applies to the candidates who could not complete their examination because of the issue at the affected centres.

NEET PG 2026 Revised Admit Card Release Date

Candidates appearing for the re-examination will receive a NEET PG 2026 Revised Admit Card. NBEMS has confirmed that further details about the examination venue will be shared separately. 

The revised Admit Card will contain important information such as the examination venue and other details required for appearing in the re-examination. Candidates should check the official NBEMS updates carefully after the revised admit cards are released.

 NEET PG 2026 call letter or revised Admit Card should be carried to the examination centre on the re-exam day. Candidates should also check all instructions mentioned on the revised document before reaching the centre.

What Should Affected Candidates Do?

Candidates who could not complete the NEET PG 2026 examination at TC numbers 41682 and 41683 should keep checking the official NBEMS updates for the revised Admit Card and venue details. 

It is important to download the revised Admit Card once it is released and check the examination date, reporting instructions, venue and other details. Candidates should reach the examination centre as instructed in the revised Admit Card.

The re-examination is scheduled for September 5, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Candidates should make the required travel arrangements after the final venue details are announced.
