During this period, candidates were allowed to raise objections by paying a non-refundable fee of ₹200 per question. The challenge window officially closed at 11:50 PM on June 5, 2025.

If you are not satisfied with any answer in the provisional key and OMR response sheet, follow the steps below to submit your challenge:
Visit the official website: neet.nta.nic.in
Click on the link that says: “Display OMR answer sheet/Challenge recorded response and answer key”.
Log in using your application number, password, and the security pin (captcha).
You will see your response sheet along with the correct option marked by NTA.
If you want to challenge any answer, tick the box next to the question and choose your preferred option.
Upload supporting documents (in a single PDF file) if available.
Click on "Save your Claim" and move to the next step.
Review your selected challenges and click on "Save your Claim and Pay Fee".
Select a payment mode (Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking) and pay ₹200 for each question challenged.
After a successful payment, download or print the challenge confirmation receipt.
The NTA has set a fixed non-refundable processing fee for raising each objection. The fee must be paid online during the challenge submission. Take note of the fee structure and activity window below:
