INJSO Exam Date 2025: The INJSO 2024-25 (Indian National Junior Science Olympiad) is a second stage of IJSO conducted by the Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education, India. The Indian National Junior Science Olympiad is an annual science competition for secondary school students held in India.

The list of students selected for the INOs according to the criteria given below will be published by 15th January 2025 on the IAPT website: www.iapt.org.in. All students appearing in INJSO Examination must register themselves on the HBCSE website (olympiads.hbcse.tifr.res.in) after the publication of the list to obtain their INJSO Admit Card 2025. The Indian National Junior Science Olympiad (INJSO) is the second stage in the selection process for the International Junior Science Olympiad (IJSO), After INJSO, selected students attend the Orientation-cum-Selection Camp (OCSC). INJSO Exam 2025 includes questions from subjects of physics, chemistry and biology Class 9 and 10 Science Syllabus. The top 300 students nationwide who place first in the NSEJS Examination advance to the Indian National Jr. Science Olympiad (INJSO). The INJSO exam consists of 35 multiple-choice questions . Students will be given answer sheets and worksheets to complete the questions in the INJSO Examination. Each question requires writing detailed proof. INJSO Exam Pattern 2025
Section I of this INJSO Exam 2025 consists of 15 questions.- For each question in this section, only one of the four options is a correct answer.
- For each question, a correct answer will earn 3 marks, a wrong answer will earn (−1) mark, and an un attempted question will earn 0 marks.
- If you mark more than one option, it would be treated as a wrong answer.
- For each of these questions one or more option(s) may be correct.
- You will get full credit for each question only if you mark all correct options and no wrong option. There are no partial marks for these 9 questions.
- For all the questions in this section, the process involved in arriving at the solution is more important than the final answer. Valid assumptions / approximations are perfectly acceptable. Please write your method clearly, explicitly stating all the reasonings/ assumptions / approximations.
- In case you fall short of writing space for any question, you can ask for an extra sheet. You can ask for maximum of two extra sheets.
INJSO Syllabus 2025
Basic mathematical ideas and operations taught till Class 10 under the following topics is expected: Polynomials; Linear equations; Quadratic equations; Number systems; Triangles; Trigonometry; Circles; Surface areas and volumes; Statistics. In addition, general understanding of Science and Mathematics topics studied till Class 8 is expected. Candidates must have deep understanding of the INJSO Syllabus 2025 before appearing for the online examination. INJSO Admit Card 2025
INJSO Admit Card 2025 will be released few days before the exam date. The INJSO Hall Ticket 2025 will be available online only to those candidates who register themselves on the HBCSE website (olympiads.hbcse.tifr.res.in) after the publication of the list in order to obtain their INO admit cards. Only the students who qualify for the NSEA Examination 2024-25 are eligible to appear in the INJSO exam and only they will get the INJSO Admit Card 2025.
