IOQM Exam Date 2025: The Indian Olympiad Qualifier in Mathematics (IOQM 2025) has been officially scheduled for September 7, 2025. Students across India preparing for the exam should keep this date in mind. The test will be conducted at designated centres across the country, as announced by the Mathematics Teachers’ Association of India (MTAI) on their official website. IOQM Admit Card 2025 has been made available on the official website on August 18, 2025.
However, the IOQM 2025 exam will be conducted on 7th September 2025 across India except for students in Region 04 and 05. For these regions, the exam has been cancelled. Details of an alternative exam for students in these regions will be announced by 14th September 2025. The announcement will also include a pro-rata scheme for calculation of their national certificate cutoffs.

The IOQM 2025 exam, scheduled for 7th September 2025, has been cancelled for students in Region 04 and 05 due to unavoidable reasons. Students in these regions will not appear for the exam on the scheduled date. The authorities will announce details of an alternative exam for these students by 14th September 2025. This announcement will also include a pro-rata scheme for calculating their national certificate cutoffs. Students from other regions will take the exam on 7th September as planned. IOQM 2025 Schedule
The Indian Olympiad Qualifier in Mathematics, the first stage of IMO, which is the first stage of the exam, is held for three hours and includes 30 questions. Each answer is a one- or two-digit number that needs to be marked on the OMR sheet. The question paper is provided in both English and Hindi.
