The Preliminary Examination is the first stage of the BPSC recruitment process. It is conducted to shortlist you for the Mains examination.
The exam consists of a single General Studies paper with objective-type questions. Although the Prelims marks are not considered for the final merit list, you must score above the prescribed cut-off to qualify for the next stage.
