The structure of Paper 1B is the same as that of Paper 1A. However, Part 1 covers Child Development and Pedagogy with a focus on Special Education.

English is the compulsory Language II for all candidates.
No candidate can choose English as Language I.
Language I candidates must have studied the chosen language up to Class X or as a subject at the graduation level.
