KVS Eligibility 2025 specifies that candidates must meet educational requirements and age criteria relative to the post. For teaching posts (PGT), candidates must possess a master's level degree/post-graduation in a relevant subject with at least 50% marks and a Bachelor of Education Degree from a recognised institution by the NCTE.
For a TGT post, candidates must have a bachelor's level degree with 50% marks in subjects relevant to the post for which they are applying for a TGT. For a PRT post, candidates should have completed their Senior Secondary (10+2) with 50% marks and possess either a diploma or a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education.

KVS Age Limit 2025
Look at the age requirement of various posts in your KVS Exam Application before filling it. Some categories are allowed an age relaxation according to the government norms, such as 5 years in SC/ST, 3 years in OBC, and a maximum of 10 years in teaching posts among women. There is also a relaxation of 5 years to KVS employees.
The age limits are as follows:
