MAHA TET 2025, will be conducted by the Maharashtra State Council of Examination (MSCE). It’s an eligibility test for teaching positions (primary classes (Classes 1-5) and upper primary (Classes 6-8) in the state. The exam will be an offline test and will take place on 23 November 2025, with the first phase (for paper I or primary) and the second phase (for paper II or upper primary) in two shifts.
Each paper will be made up of 150 multiple-choice questions. Questions cover core subjects - Child Development & Pedagogy, Two Languages, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies. Ensure that all information, such as educational, professional, and reservation details, is filled out accurately from the original certificates
Upload a scanned colour photograph, signature, a self-declaration letter, and a personal ID card
Pay the application fee online using net banking, credit, or debit card. Online payment via a challan is not accepted
After successful payment, the information on the application form will be finalized, and no changes will be allowed.
Candidates applying for both Paper I and Paper II should select the option for both levels in a single application; there is no need to fill out separate forms.
Do not send any hard copies of documents or the application form to any educational officer.
The MAHA TET exams are scheduled to be held on 23 November 2025 for both papers, Paper 1 and Paper 2. Paper 1 will be held in the morning shift, that is 10:30 AM - 1:00 PM and Paper 2 will be held in the evening shift, that is 2:30 PM - 5:00 PM, on the same day. The MAHA TET 2025 exam is a single-stage eligibility test.
