• Ownership: Property owners in Abadi (inhabited) areas are eligible.
• Exclusions: Agricultural lands are not covered under the scheme.

• Economic Impact : A total of 67,000 sq. km of rural land has been surveyed, valued at ₹132 lakh crore.
• State Participation: 31 states and UTs are part of the scheme, with states like Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh achieving 100% drone survey completion​
• Real-time Monitoring : A centralized online monitoring and reporting dashboard has been established to track the implementation progress of the scheme in real time.
• International Recognition: In 2025, the Ministry will showcase the SVAMITVA Scheme globally, hosting an International Workshop on Land Governance and participating in the World Bank Land Governance Conference in May.
