Union Bank SO Selection Process 2025: As the Union Bank of India has announced the vacancy for 500 Assistant Manager post in Credit and IT departments, eligible and willful aspirants must know the selection process before applying. Candidates before submitting the duly filled forms of Union Bank SO Recruitment 2025 should know each and every minute details so that no chaos should be created later. The UBI SO Selection Process 2025 may comprise Online Examination / Group Discussion (if conducted)/Screening of applications and / or Personal Interview. The Union Bank of India reserves the absolute right to decide whether to use all or any of these modes for selection for the Assistant Manager posts.- If Online Examination and Personal Interview is organized: If online examination and Personal Interview is conducted, merit list of the candidates based on the aggregate marks obtained by them in Online Examination and Personal Interview will be prepared in descending order for the respective categories i.e. SC/ST/OBC/EWS/GEN.
- If Online Examination is not held and only PI is organized: If online examination is not conducted, the final selection will be made through Personal Interview. In such case, merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in Personal Interview in descending order for the respective categories i.e. SC/ST/OBC/EWS/GEN.
- If Online Examination is not held and Both GD & Personal Interview is organized: If online examination is not conducted and the final selection will be made through Group Discussion & Personal Interview, merit list will be prepared on the basis of the aggregate marks obtained in Group Discussion and Personal Interview in descending order for the respective categories i.e. SC/ST/OBC/EWS/GEN vacancies.

Union Bank SO Exam Pattern 2025
The candidate must achieve qualifying marks in each Union Bank SO Online Examination, with a total aggregate minimum score of 225 marks for Assistant Manager Posts, which will be determined by the Bank at its discretion. The candidate must also qualify individually in the Personal Interview/Group Discussion if it is held by the Bank.

Union Bank SO GD 2025
The Union Bank SO Group Discussion (GD) is an important stage in the Union Bank of India Specialist Officer (SO) recruitment process for 2025, particularly for the Assistant Manager (Credit & IT) posts. Candidates who qualify in the online examination are shortlisted for the GD and/or Personal Interview, depending on the number of applicants and at the bank’s discretion. UBI SO GD will be 50 marks and minimum qualifying or General/EWS is 25 marks and fpr reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) it is 22.5 marks.
Union Bank SO Interview 2025
This is the final stage of the Union Bank of India selection process. Only selected candidates will be invited for an interview. For Interview round candidates called in 1:3 the number of vacancies available. The minimum qualifying marks for the UBI SO Personal Interview would be 25 marks for General/EWS and 22.5 marks for Reserved Category applicants i.e. SC/ST/OBC/PwBD).The candidate can choose to mode of conduction of the interview in either Hindi or English.
