Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) has started conducting the International General Knowledge Olympiad (IGKO) from the academic year of 2017-18. The primary reason for this test is to make the students of classes 1-10 develop a keen interest in general knowledge and current affairs. It is a single-level competitive examination that helps the students to analyze themselves and their level of knowledge.
The results of IGKO are declared on four levels: school, city, zonal and international. Students can win exciting awards according to their performance at different levels.

IGKO 2022 Overview
SOF has published IGKO exam dates 2022-23 on its official website: sofworld.org. Schools have to send the registration 30 days before the exam dates. Students have to pay Rs. 125 to be eligible for the IGKO examination.
- The SOF IGKO 2022 exam will be conducted on September 15 and October 11, 2022.

IGKO 2022 Eligibility
Any student studying in the school in India in CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education), ICSE (Indian Certificate of Secondary Education), ISC (Indian School Certificate) or any other recognized state board is eligible to take the test. The following eligibility criteria that need to be fulfilled by the students are given below:
- Students from the schools must be in classes 1 to 10 to be eligible.
