CA Exam Form: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the application process for the CA September 2026 exams for Foundation, Intermediate, and Final levels. Steps to Fill CA Exam Form 2026

To complete your CA exam form, follow these simple steps after signing up on the official ICAI website:

• Visit the ICAI website or click this link: https://icaiexam.icai.org/.

• Choose your registration number from the provided drop-down list.

• Verify your details by entering your course, SRN, and date of birth.

• Once verified, enter your email address and registered mobile number.

• Log in using your registration number and password.

• Provide your home address and other required information.

• Confirm your email ID and mobile number.

• Complete the CA form and upload any necessary documents.

• Pay the application fee to finish the process.

• Download the submitted CA exam form for your records.

CA Exam Form 2026 Fees

Prospective candidates can pay the CA application fees using multiple payment options, including:

• Debit or Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro/RuPay)

• Net Banking

• BHIM UPI

Instructions for Filling Out the CA Application Form 2026

The following are the instructions for CA Exam Form 2026:

• To start the application process, candidates must first create a login ID on the official ICAI website by completing a one-time registration. After registering, candidates will receive their username and password via email, which will also be sent as an SMS to the phone number provided during registration.

• Once registered, candidates can log in using their credentials to access the ICAI CA application form. It’s essential to fill in all mandatory fields accurately; any incomplete forms will be rejected.

• The application fee can be paid using Visa, Master, or Maestro credit/debit cards. After successfully completing the payment, candidates should download the completed form and print it out. If any images do not appear on the printout, candidates must attach two recent passport-sized photos—one attested and one non-attested.

• If the signature is not visible on the printout, candidates should sign in the designated areas and have it countersigned by a parent or guardian. Additionally, the ICAI CA application form must be attested by a Chartered Accountant, a Gazetted Officer, or the Principal of the candidate’s school or college.

• Candidates have the option to update their photograph and signature on the Student Services Portal (SSP) before submitting the exam form. A correction window will open the day after the submission deadline.

• For those with pending articleship status due to documentation issues, it's crucial to update their status on the SSP before filling out the exam form. CA Intermediate students experiencing difficulties with their registration mode can submit a ticket in the SSP for assistance before the application process begins.
