UCEED Exam 2027 Eligibility Criteria

| Qualifying Exam | Candidates must be appearing for their Class 12 (or equivalent) examination for the very first time in either 2026 or 2027. Students from all academic backgrounds, such as Science, Commerce, Arts, or Humanities, can apply. |
| Age Limit | Candidates belonging to the OPEN, EWS, or OBC-NCL category must satisfy the age criteria mentioned in the official notification. SC, ST, or PwD candidates will get age relaxation as per the rules. |
| Number of Attempts | Candidates can take the UCEED exam a maximum of two times in consecutive years. |

UCEED Counselling 2027
The UCEED Counselling 2027 process will be conducted through the joint seat allocation process for B.Des. admissions at the seven participating institutes. Only UCEED 2027-qualified candidates can apply through the common B.Des. admission form. The application window will be open from March 15 to April 12, 2027, followed by five seat allotment rounds starting April 21, 2027.
