The Undergraduate Common Entrance Examination for Design (UCEED) is a nationwide assessment organized by IIT Bombay. It serves as the gateway for admission to the BDes program at several renowned institutes including IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad, and IIITDM Jabalpur. Admission to these institutes is determined primarily by UCEED scores, facilitated through a Joint Seat Allotment Process managed by IIT Bombay. Candidates who achieve a UCEED merit rank are eligible for participation in the seat allotment or counseling process.
