The following are the instructions for CA Exam Form 2026:
To start the application process, candidates must first create a login ID on the official ICAI website by completing a one-time registration. After registering, candidates will receive their username and password via email, which will also be sent as an SMS to the phone number provided during registration.
Once registered, candidates can log in using their credentials to access the ICAI CA application form. It’s essential to fill in all mandatory fields accurately; any incomplete forms will be rejected.
The application fee can be paid using Visa, Master, or Maestro credit/debit cards. After successfully completing the payment, candidates should download the completed form and print it out. If any images do not appear on the printout, candidates must attach two recent passport-sized photos—one attested and one non-attested.
If the signature is not visible on the printout, candidates should sign in the designated areas and have it countersigned by a parent or guardian. Additionally, the ICAI CA application form must be attested by a Chartered Accountant, a Gazetted Officer, or the Principal of the candidate’s school or college.
Candidates have the option to update their photograph and signature on the Student Services Portal (SSP) before submitting the exam form. A correction window will open the day after the submission deadline.
