For Advocates enrolled with District/Sub-Divisional Bar Associations (Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh):
Submit to the concerned District & Sessions Judge by 31.07.2025 (5:00 PM). The Judge's office will forward it to the High Court.
For Candidates in Government Service:
Submit to your Head of Department by 31.07.2025 (5:00 PM). The HoD must forward it to the High Court.
For All Other Candidates:
Submit directly to the Registrar (Recruitment), High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh, through the Co-ordination Branch by 31.07.2025 (5:00 PM).
The envelope must be superscribed:
“Application for the post of Additional District & Sessions Judge in the State of Haryana”
Ensure all information is correct, especially the category and eligibility declarations. No corrections will be allowed later.
Sign each page of the application form.
Affix one attested photograph on the top-right corner; tag two more with the form.
Do not submit incomplete applications or forms without photographs/signatures.
Applications received after the deadline will be rejected.
False information may lead to disqualification and legal action.
Keep a copy of the application and submission proof.
The High Court is not responsible for postal delays or lost applications.

Once submitted, the Haryana Higher Judiciary Application Form 2025 cannot be corrected. The High Court does not entertain any request for changes in personal, academic, or category-related details. Hence, candidates are advised to double-check all information before final submission.
Additionally, re-checking of answer sheets post-examination is permitted (not re-evaluation), with a correction fee of ₹500 per answer sheet. This should be paid through Indian Postal Orders.
Eligibility: Candidates must meet all eligibility conditions regarding age, educational qualifications, experience, and professional income.
PwBD Candidates: Eligible for a scribe and compensatory time. Submit medical and disability certificates within 15 days of form submission.
Government Employees: Must inform their department and submit NOC at the viva-voce stage.
Communication Protocol: All communication must include full candidate details and be directed to the Registrar (Recruitment) through the Co-ordination Branch.
