MH CET Law 2024 Exam Analysis 2024:
The
MH CET 3-year LLB exam was conducted in two shifts,
with the first slot taking place on
March 12.
The exam, which lasted from 9 am to 11 am, was described by students as ranging from easy to moderate in difficulty. Questions covered general knowledge, current affairs, and legal knowledge, with none on legal maxims.
Notable questions included topics like the
Pilgrimage tax implementation, the first Chairman of the Law Assembly, and UNESCO World Heritage sites.
The paper aimed to assess basic legal aptitude and general awareness, with factual questions in the latter. The analysis provides insight into the exam's difficulty, key topics, memory-based questions, and expected cutoffs. The exam for the 5-year LLB program is scheduled for
May 2024.

MH CET Law 2024 Analysis: Day 1
The MH CET Law 2024 3-year LLB exam for the shift 1 and shift 2 have been conducted. As per the inputs provided by the exam takers, the analysis of the exam has been provided here:

The MH CET Law 2024 exam for the 3-year LLB course was easy to moderate in terms of the difficulty level.

The main emphasis of the question paper was on the General Knowledge and Current Affairs section, which was the easiest among all sections.

In GK, most of the questions were based on the static GK topic. Question related to World War I was also asked in this section.

For the Current Affairs segment, questions were related to events that took place in 2023.
-
GK questions were based on the awards and recognition, such as the Bharat Ratna Award and the Oscars Award.

Olympics-related questions were also asked in the GK section.

Legal and Legal Reasoning questions were related to the Criminal Offences.

Other important topics from which questions were asked in the Legal and Logical Reasoning section were Criminal Cases, IPC, CrPC, agreements, and contracts.

There were 3 questions based on the Coding-Decoding topic and 2 questions based on the Blood Relation topic.

Questions were also asked related to the Seating Arrangement topic of reasoning.

The English was moderately difficult. The last 10–11 questions were based on the Reading Comprehension section.

Two questions were related to Torts.

Almost 50% of the questions that were asked in the exam last year were also asked this year.

In the shift 2 of the exam, questions were related to spelling error topic in the English section.

There was no question related to Syllogism in the second shift.

Chief Ministers, Governers and Capitals of States were the main topics on which questions were asked in the GK section of the shift 2 exam.

The question related to Folk Dance Forms in India were also asked in shift 2.
-
Basic math questions, such as finding the missing numbers were also there in the question paper.

The first session of the
MH CET Law 3-Year LLB exam
has ended. According to feedback, the test ranged from easy to moderate. While a few questions posed challenges, most were manageable and leaned towards the easier side. Notably, the exam was well-structured, with questions organized into sections.
Interestingly, the comprehension segment, typically integral to the
MH CET Law syllabus
, was absent. However, other sections such as current affairs and polity were relatively straightforward. Some static GK questions proved challenging, and logical reasoning could be time-consuming for some participants.
