IIM Kashipur welcomes MBA batches: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kashipur, is leading the way in promoting gender equality in business education, which has traditionally been male-dominated. The institute has made a significant achievement by reaching 42% female representation in its main courses for the 2024-26 academic years, up from 35% the previous year.

The new 2024-26 cohort, welcomed through a thorough three-day inauguration and orientation program, includes 196 female students out of 471 enrolled in the Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Business Administration – Analytics (MBA – A) programs. The EMBA (Analytics) batch includes 65 students, 30% of whom are women. These students come from various backgrounds and industries, such as fashion design, cyber security, data science, management, chartered accountancy, and mining engineering.
