IIM Lucknow: The Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, is Accepting applications for its two-year, part-time MBA program, particularly designed for working executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals. The primary objective of this innovative course is to help working professionals in improving their managerial skills. The classes for the Post-Graduate Programme in Management for Working Executives (PGPWE) will be held at the IIML Noida campus.

IIM Lucknow MBA for Working Professional Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the MBA for working professionals, candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree in any field and possess a minimum of three years of full-time work experience.
- Admission requires a valid GMAT/GRE score, a CAT score , or a GATE score. Alternatively, candidates may choose to take the PGPWE Entrance Exam, scheduled for 17 December 2023, at IIM Lucknow's Noida campus.
- For the PGPWE program, applicants may be from diverse backgrounds. However, they must possess proven work experience spanning 4 to 19 years in sectors such as IT, banking, consulting, sales, marketing, etc. Freelancing, training, or project work is not considered valid work experience.

Here are the steps candidates must follow to submit their application for the PGPWE program:
- Visit the IIM Lucknow official website at iiml.ac.in/programme/mba-executives/wmp.
- Scroll down and click on the "Admission" button.
- Next, click on the "Apply Online" tab and select the provided link.
- On the next page, read all the instructions and click the" proceed" tab.
- Provide necessary details for the registration process.
- After receiving the login credentials through email or SMS, candidates should complete the sign-in process.
- Fill out the PGPWE application form by entering the necessary details accurately and upload scanned copies of academic and professional documents.
- Pay the processing fee through online payment methods and click the submit option to complete the application process.

IIM Lucknow MBA for Working Professional Academic Structure
The PGPWE provided by IIM Lucknow is a two-year program. The first year comprises four terms, and the second year consists of three terms. All the selected candidates have to attend the sessions at IIM Lucknow, Noida Campus, every alternate weekend. The classes are scheduled from Friday to Sunday. Therefore, candidates need to visit the campus on Friday afternoon and leave on Sunday afternoon. Each term requires candidates to visit the campus seven times over a three-month period. IIM Lucknow MBA for Working Professional Selection Process
The first step of selection for the PGPWE program includes submitting the application form online, providing scanned copies of the documents supporting the qualifications, and paying INR 1000 as a processing fee. Next, the IIM Lucknow authorities shortlist eligible candidates and call them for the entrance exam. After conducting the entrance exam for PGPWE, candidates are selected for the Writing Ability Test and Personal Interview rounds based on their scores.
