Fellow Management Programme
Candidates applying to the FMP program of XLRI Jamshedpur must meet the following eligibility requirements:- A minimum of a three-year bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised institute or university.
- It is mandatory for all the candidates to have a minimum of 5 years of professional work experience as a manager/supervisor in either the public, private, or non-governmental sectors. Candidates must note that freelancing or part-time job roles are not considered work experience.
- Admission can be sought through either the XAT entrance exam or the GMAT score.
PGDM HRM and PGDM BM
- A bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years of course duration from any recognised university.
- Candidates in their final year are eligible to apply. However, they must complete their bachelor's degree before 10 June 2024.
Who Does Not Meet XAT Eligibility 2024?
The following candidates are considered ineligible for the XAT exam 2024:- Individuals who can not fulfil the requirements for a bachelor's degree or its equivalent qualification by the specified deadline are ineligible for XAT 2024.
- Candidates holding a degree from an unrecognised institution are also not eligible.
- Foreign nationals or NRIs who possess an invalid GMAT score are not eligible to participate in the XAt exam 2024.
- Candidates who fail to submit the required documents or information within the designated time frame are not considered eligible for admission to XLRI institutes.
- Candidates who are found to have provided false information or engaged in misconduct during the XAT application process or while taking the exam are also considered ineligible.
