XLRI Shortlist Criteria 2024: XLRI, Jamshedpur, will start the admission process for its PGDM programs through XAT 2024 scores in the first week of February 2024, along with the XAT cut off and shortlisting for GD/PI rounds. The Personal Interview and Group Discussion rounds for XLRI Jamshedpur BM and HRM programs are scheduled for March.

XLRI Jamshedpur will create the shortlist based on candidates' XAT 2024 exam performance. Additionally, the admission authority at XLRI will consider candidates' XAT scores and academic records during the shortlisting process. The XAT 2024 result was declared on 20 January 2024. In addition, the XAT 2024 cut off was released on 29 January 2024. Interview call letters will be sent to shortlisted candidates in the initial week of February 2024. Those who receive the letter will be required to attend the Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) stages to qualify for the XLRI admissions round.

PGDM (BM), Part-Time (JSR) Candidates must either clear the XAT test or provide valid scores from other recognized MBA entrance exams. Selection is based on candidates’ performance in the Personal Interview (PI) round.
