Last 7 Days Study Plan for NEET 2025: The NEET 2025 admit card will be released by 1 May 2025. NEET exam is very important for students who want to become doctors. The last 7 days are not for learning something new. They are for going over what you already know and making your mind calm and ready. A good plan for these days can help you feel more confident and do better in the exam.

The last 7 days before the NEET exam are very crucial. You cannot change your entire preparation in one week, but you can improve your performance by revising properly and practicing more. This week is your chance to polish everything you have studied in the last many months. Your goal should be to stay focused, avoid distractions, and keep your mind calm.

Detailed Last 7 Day Study Plan for NEET 2025

This 7-day plan helps you revise all three subjects – Biology, Chemistry, and Physics – one by one. Give more time to Biology because it has the most weight in the NEET exam. Chemistry and Physics also need attention, especially for formulas and problem-solving.

Day 1 – Revise NCERT Biology Class 11 Chapters

On the first day, start with Biology syllabus. Revise all Class 11 NCERT chapters like Animal Kingdom, Plant Kingdom, Structural Organisation in Animals, Morphology, Cell, and Digestion. Read the NCERT lines carefully. Most NEET questions come directly from NCERT.

Also, practice 100 Biology MCQs from Class 11 chapters.

Day 2 – Revise NCERT Biology Class 12 Chapters

On the second day, revise Class 12 Biology chapters such as Reproduction, Genetics, Evolution, Human Health, Microbes, and Biotechnology. Read the summary points given in each chapter. Use your short notes or charts if you have them. Also, solve at least 100 MCQs from Class 12 chapters.

Day 3 – Revise Class 11 Chemistry + Solve MCQs

Now switch to Chemistry syllabus. Start with Physical and Inorganic Chemistry of Class 11. Revise chapters like Mole Concept, Thermodynamics, Equilibrium, Chemical Bonding, and Redox Reactions.

Solve at least 70-80 Chemistry MCQs.

Day 4 – Revise Class 12 Chemistry + Solve MCQs

Revise Class 12 Chemistry topics such as Electrochemistry, Surface Chemistry, Coordination Compounds, Biomolecules, and Organic Chemistry. Pay more attention to named reactions and examples.

Again, solve at least 70-80 Chemistry MCQs.

How to Attempt NEET 2025 Question Paper

Day 5 – Revise Class 11 Physics + Solve Questions

Physics needs more time, so give full attention. Revise Class 11 Physics topics like Laws of Motion, Work Energy, Gravitation, Thermodynamics, and Oscillations. Look at formula sheets and important graphs.

Solve 60 Physics MCQs and a few numerical questions.

Day 6 – Revise Class 12 Physics + Solve Questions

On this day, revise Class 12 Physics chapters like Current Electricity, Magnetism, Optics, Modern Physics, and Semiconductor. Again, look at formulas, graphs, and solved examples.

Solve 60-70 Physics MCQs and some numerical-based questions.

Day 7 – Full Mock Test + Revision of Mistakes

On the last day, do a full mock test just like the real exam. Try to sit for 3 hours without any break. After the test, check your answers and look at the questions you got wrong. Revise those topics again.
