CBSE Photocopy of Answer Sheet 2025: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced the CBSE Class 10 Result and Class 12 Result board exam results for 2025 on May 13, 2025. New Guidelines for CBSE Photocopy of Answer Sheet and Revaluation Process 2025

For the academic year 2024-25, CBSE has introduced a revised and more student-friendly system for post-result activities, including obtaining photocopies of evaluated answer sheets and applying for revaluation or verification.

Previously, students had to follow a strict three-step linear process — first applying for verification of marks, then requesting a photocopy of the evaluated answer book, and finally applying for revaluation. Each step had to be completed in order to proceed to the next.

However, under the new system, the process has been streamlined to provide greater flexibility and ease to students. Now, after obtaining the photocopy of their evaluated answer sheets, students can directly apply for revaluation and/or verification of marks without having to follow the previous sequential order. This updated procedure aims to simplify post-result grievance redressal and ensure that students can smoothly address their concerns regarding exam evaluations.

Who Can Apply for CBSE Photocopy of Answer Sheet 2025?

All students who appeared in the CBSE Class 10 and Class 12 board exams 2025 are eligible to apply for photocopies of their evaluated answer sheets. This option is ideal for:

• Those suspecting totaling or evaluation mistakes

• Students who plan to apply for rechecking or revaluation

Step 1: Go to cbseit.in/cbse/web/rchk — this is where CBSE manages applications for rechecking and photocopies.

Step 2: You’ll find an option to request the photocopy of your answer sheet. Click on it to start the application.

Step 3: Fill in Your Details

Enter your:

• Roll Number

• Class (10 or 12)

• Subject(s) for which you want the photocopy

Step 4: The cost is between ₹500–₹700 per subject. Payment must be made online through the portal.

Step 5: Once CBSE processes your request, a scanned copy of your answer sheet will be uploaded to your account. Download it and review it carefully.
