Four Formative Assessments: The assessment scheme includes four formative assessments, evenly distributed across the two terms of the academic year.

Summative Exam Structure: At the end of the academic year 2023-24, each subject's summative exam will carry a total of 100 marks. This comprises 50 marks designated for the objective part and 50 marks for the subjective part.

Madhyama Course Exam: For Madhyama courses, an exam will be conducted at the year-end. The exam may comprise either a total of 100 or 75 marks. The MCQ part might carry 50 or 40 marks, while the subjective questions may hold 50 or 35 marks, depending on the course.

Mid-term Exam Papers: The mid-term exam question papers will be curated by the board and dispatched to the District Education Officer of each district. The officers will subsequently distribute the papers to the respective schools.
