HSSC Female Supervisor Socio-Economic Criteria and Experience (10 Marks)

This stage carries 10 marks and is used to provide additional weightage to candidates based on certain socio-economic conditions and prior work experience. The distribution of these marks is as follows:

Socio-Economic Criteria (Maximum 5 Marks)

Candidates may receive 5 additional marks under the following conditions:

  1. If neither the candidate nor any family member is a regular government employee in Haryana or any other state or central government department. (5 Marks)

  2. If the applicant is a widow or an orphan:

    • Widow (5 Marks)

    • The first or second child of a father who died before attaining the age of 42 years. (5 Marks)

    • The first or second child of a mother who died before attaining the age of 42 years. (5 Marks)

  3. Belonging to a denotified or nomadic tribe of Haryana, which is neither a Scheduled Caste nor a Backward Class. (5 Marks)

Experience (Maximum 5 Marks)

Candidates with prior experience in a similar field can get additional 0.5 marks for each year of experience, up to a maximum of 5 marks.

  • Experience should be from a government department, board, or corporation.

  • The experience must be officially certified by the competent authority.
