The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will release the option-cum-preference form for the SSC CHSL 2025 recruitment drive following the Tier 2 exam. The SSC CHSL (Combined Higher Secondary Level) Exam is conducted in two tiers. The Commission gets the post preference before announcing the SSC CHSL final result 2025.

The Tier 2 exam is administered before the final SSC CHSL result 2025 is made available. The SSC CHSL 2025 cut-off and the merit list of applicants who made the short list will be included in the result PDF. Candidates' position preferences will be used to create the SSC CHSL merit list 2025.

Important Instructions for Candidates

1. Submission Process: The Option-cum-Preference must be submitted online only via the My Application Tab in the candidate’s login. Physical submissions (by post, fax, email, or hand delivery) will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Final Submission and Revisions: Candidates can revise their post preference during the given period. The last submitted preference will be treated as final. Candidates must click the “Submit” button after filling their preferences.

3. Mandatory Submission for Final Merit List: Candidates who fail to submit their Option-cum-Preference within the deadline will not be considered for final selection, and no further opportunities will be provided.

4. Special Instructions for PwBD Candidates: Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) must select only those posts that are identified as suitable for their disabilities. If a PwBD candidate selects an unsuitable post and gets allotted, their candidature will be canceled by the concerned department.

5. Physical and Medical Standards Requirement: Candidates must ensure that they meet the required Physical and Medical Standards before submitting their preferences. If a candidate is found unfit for a particular post at a later stage, their selection will be canceled by the respective department.

6. No Further Chances for Submission: Candidates will not get any additional chance to submit or modify their Option-cum-Preference. Any grievances related to this will not be entertained by SSC through any medium.
