As he belongs to a middle-class background, Ujjwal's father works as a private teacher, while his mother is an Anganwadi worker. Despite limited resources, Ujjwal pursued his education at a government school in Sitamarhi and completed his bachelor's in mechanical engineering from NIT Uttrakhand after successfully cracking JEE Mains later he achieved success by focusing on Hindi-medium studies.
