One achievement I am particularly proud of is achieving a gold medal in my Master’s degree in Anthropology.

What You Did Do?

I was awarded a gold medal in my Master’s degree for securing the highest marks in the examination. I was the 9th recipient of the popular gold medal awarded to candidates passing with the highest marks in four semesters in a two-year regular degree programme.

When You Did It?

I was awarded the gold medal in a small ceremony arranged by the university authorities and alumni in April 2024. The result was announced in September 2023, however, the ceremony was arranged by the university in April 2024.

How You Felt About It?

I was overwhelmed by the love and appreciation I received from the university faculty, professors, and alumni members. When I was awarded the gold medal, my parents were present sitting in front of me and watching their smiling proud faces. It was indeed a very memorable day of my life.

Earning my Master's degree with a gold medal has helped me to get scholarships for my further education. I got the opportunity to work as a research assistant with one of the experts in my field which has helped me to get practical experience for my future goals.
