IDP IELTS Scholarships: IDP Education, the official publisher of the IELTS test in India, has announced the IDP IELTS Scholarships, which will award 300 prizes of Rs 10,000 each to students who get an overall band score of 6 or higher. This initiative, which aims to help students and professionals in achieving their international study, job, and migration goals, will award 100 candidates each month across India.

Selected candidates will get a ₹75,000 scholarship, providing financial aid to students pursuing higher education at international universities. To be eligible for the IDP IELTS Scholarships, applicants must be Indian citizens, register for the IELTS exam through IDP, and have clear plans to study abroad. The application window will close on November 30, 2024, offering students a limited yet crucial chance to apply. Piyush Kumar, Regional Director of IDP IELTS, highlighted the organization's commitment to empowering Indian students. The IDP IELTS Scholarship application procedure consists of three major steps. First, students must register for the IELTS test through IDP. Then, they must fill out a separate scholarship application form, which details their academic and professional goals. How do I qualify for IDP IELTS Scholarships?
Applicants must schedule an IELTS test (either Academic or General Training) between October 1, 2024, and December 31, 2024, to be eligible for the award. The selection committee will select winners based on their qualitative answers to certain questions and announce them by the 15th of the following month.- You must be 18 or older.
- IDP IELTS India offers IELTS tests in Academics, General Training, UKVI, and Life Skills. The test must be completed between October 1 and December 31, 2024.
- Obtain an overall band score of 6 or better.
- Participants must submit a one-minute Instagram video story in English and provide their information on the contest page.
- Candidates must be Indian citizens or legal residents of India.
- Candidates who miss a test, cancel it, or retake it only once are ineligible.
