With the OTR on the Bihar PSC online portal, the registration for the BPSC AEDO 2025 begins. Everyone needs to create their personal profile containing personal details, contact details, and educational qualifications. Candidates will use this profile for all future Bihar Public Service Commission advertisements.
(i) To apply online for various BPSC exams, candidates must complete the One Time Registration (OTR) on the Bihar Public Service Commission’s official website: https://bpsconline.bihar.gov.in
(ii) To register for OTR, click on the "New User Registration" button.
(iii) For any recruitment advertisements published by the Commission in the future, OTR will be mandatory to apply.
(iv) OTR is not an exam application. It only serves to register the candidate’s information and allows each applicant to maintain their profile independently.
(v) For OTR, providing a valid email ID and mobile number is mandatory. Check your email inbox or spam folder for the OTP sent.
(vi) Candidates who wish to apply online for any exam advertised by the BPSC will have to use the OTR credentials provided.
(vii) Only one OTR registration is permitted. Multiple OTR registrations are not allowed; doing so may invalidate/cancel your application.
(viii) Candidates who have not already completed OTR on the online portal must do so before applying for any exam on the new portal.
(ix) To access the online application dashboard, login using the credentials (mobile number/email ID and password) created during registration at: https://bpsconline.bihar.gov.in/candidate/login.
Once the OTR process is complete, the Digilocker’s Meri Pehchan Portal will open automatically. If the candidate already has a Digilocker account and Consent OAMS is enabled, simply sign in. If the candidate does not have a Digilocker account, create a new account through Sign Up, provide Consent OAMS, and complete the subsequent steps as directed.
If the candidate has already uploaded documents in Digilocker and given OAMS access before applying, the documents can be directly linked to OAMS.
If, after the application process, the candidate wants to proceed using Digilocker, clicking the browser’s Back (←) button will return to the Online Application Portal. There, login credentials can be entered to continue the process further.

Step 1: Personal Information- In this step, the candidate must fill in some mandatory details, such as their own category and class information (UR, EWS, BC, EBC, SC, ST). Additionally, disclose any form of disability, sports participation, ex-serviceman status, NCC cadet details, and information related to government employees if applicable. At the end, click the save button.
Step 2: Address Information- In this step, the candidate must fill in their permanent address, such as house number, landmark, village/town/city, district, state, and pin code. Then, the candidate must provide their correspondence address. If the correspondence address is the same as the permanent address, click "Same as Above". Finally, click the save button.
Step 3: Other Information- In this step, if there is any ongoing case against the candidate or any criminal proceedings, those details need to be entered. After filling, click the save button.
Step 4: Qualification Information- In this step, the candidate has to give details about their educational qualifications. Information about external academic achievement can also be provided. Enter board/university, passing status (Completed or Appearing), mode (Distance or Regular), subjects, attempts, passing year, marks obtained, total marks, percentage, and division/class as per university. For every qualification, click Add and then Save. Multiple qualifications can be added if required.
Step 5: Experience Information- In this step, if the candidate has relevant work experience, those details should be filled in. If not, click "No". If yes, provide details such as present/past employment, employer type, department, designation, location, and duration of service. For every experience, click Add and then Save.
Step 6: Upload Photo / Signature and Profile Lock- In this step, the candidate must upload their live photo and scanned signature. The photo size should be less than 80 KB and signature file less than 50 KB. Photo dimensions should be width 150–220 pixels and height 250–320 pixels. After uploading, check the box to confirm all details are correct. Click "Submit" and then "Lock Profile".
After creating a profile, candidates can access the "New Application" tab, where ongoing/active advertisements will be visible. Click the View button for the desired advertisement; then click "Check Advertisement Criteria" and complete the process by clicking "Submit", "Pay Fees", and completing the payment process.
Once the Application Form and Payment process is completed, candidates can go to the "My Account" tab. The applied advertisements will be visible, and in the Action column, candidates can print the application form, cancel the application, pay now (if payment is pending), and view payment history.
If there's any mistake in the Application Form submission, candidates may cancel the application and fill out a new application form.
Note: The fee paid is not refunded after cancellation of the application form.
To complete the BPSC AEDO Application Form 2025 accurately, candidates will need to gather all the documents they need to upload and verify:

The fee is payable online through net banking, credit/debit card, or other digital payment methods. Payment confirmation is mandatory to complete the application process.
If a candidate wishes to change their password, the option is available in the My Account Tab.
If the candidate does not pay the exam fee at the time of application, they can pay it until the last date for payment. The option will be present in the My Account Tab for completing the fee payment.
After submitting the online application and downloading the hard copy, no changes made in the Profile will be considered valid for that application.
No responsibility will be taken by the commission for any kind of internet/payment failure, unsuccessful payment, or pending transaction status. No extra time will be provided for corrections in such cases.
For evidential purposes, each downloaded hard copy of the application will display the Application Number, Application ID, and Barcode. If any of these are missing, the download is considered incomplete, and the application will not be accepted.
For any future reference or decisions, keep the hard copy downloaded from the My Account Tab safely. The commission will make decisions independently regarding the authenticity of the documents or information.
The documents and certificate numbers/details, and marksheets or score sheet information that candidates supply when applying online, may be subject to verification at some stage later; it is the candidates’ responsibility to prove authenticity, if required.
The application will be classified as not complete unless documents have been verified; candidates own the responsibility for the material they upload, including its authenticity.
Candidates need to keep their original documents such as mark sheets, certificates and score sheets in a secure location for possible verification at any time.
Therfore, a candidate needs to supply some basic information such as name, date of birth, category fact, proof of exam fee payment, etc. when the candidate applies online
Candidates must use a valid email ID and mobile number, and ensure these remain secure and accessible for updates or communication regarding the online application. If a candidate changes their mobile number or email, update the same in the profile; however, an email ID or mobile number cannot be used more than once for application.
Internet and banking arrangements for fee payment are solely the candidate’s responsibility. No extension is given for failed transactions due to technical issues on the candidate's end.
At the time of online application, candidates must upload a clear photo via webcam.
Signature and photograph must be scanned at the location specified for online application. Candidates must upload signatures in both Hindi and English.
In the case of competitive exams, admit cards and instructions are provided online, and detailed information regarding the center and examination updates will be shown on the online portal; candidates are responsible for reading the instructions carefully.
