  • The candidate must have passed the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET).
  • Candidates with a degree in any discipline (except Fine Arts) can directly register for the CS Executive Programme without appearing for CSEET.

What are the fees for enrolling in each module of the  CS Executive Programme? Ans: The fee for enrolling in each module or group of the Executive Programme is ₹1500. For any changes, such as changing the centre, module, medium, or optional subject, a fee of ₹250 is charged per change. Additionally, a late fee of ₹250 is applicable. 8. How will the CS  Executive December 2024 exam be conducted? Can I take it from home or visit the exam centre? Ans:  The CS Executive December 2024 exam will be held in person at designated ICSI exam centres only, as the authority does not offer an opportunity to attempt exams from home. To confirm your specific exam centre location, refer to your admit card, which ICSI will issue before the exam. 9. When will ICSI release the CS Executive December 2024 exam admit card? Ans: ICSI generally releases the CS Executive admit card about 10 days before the exam date. For the December 2024 session, you can expect the admit cards to be available in early to mid-December 2024. Each paper includes 20% case study-based multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and 80% descriptive questions, except for Paper 4, i.e., Corporate Accounting and Financial Management, which is entirely descriptive. Each paper will carry 100 marks, and the exam will last 3 hours. Candidates must complete a mandatory pre-examination test before appearing for the CS Executive December 2024 exam. 12. Which is the last examination session for appearing in the CS Executive Examinations under the 2017 Old Syllabus?   1. Group 1, Paper 4: Corporate Accounting and Financial Management (Paper Code 524)
  2. Group 2, Paper 5: Capital Market and Securities Laws (Paper Code 525)

16. I have completed Module II of the Executive Programme 2017 (Old) Syllabus. which includes four papers. Which papers must I take to finish the Executive Programme under the 2022 (New) Syllabus? Ans: To fully complete the Executive Programme under the 2022 (New) Syllabus, you will need to clear the following four papers:
  • Group 1, Paper 1: Jurisprudence, Interpretation, and General Laws (Paper Code 521)
  • Group 1, Paper 2: Company Law and Practice (Paper Code 522)
  • Group 1, Paper 3: Setting Up of Business, Industrial, and Labour Laws (Paper Code 523)
  • Group 2, Paper 7: Tax Laws and Practice (Paper Code 527)
17. Are candidates currently enrolled under the 2017 Old Syllabus of the Executive Programme eligible to switch over to the New 2022 Syllabus? Ans: Yes, candidates registered before 1st February 2023 are eligible to switch to the Executive Programme Examination under the New 2022 Syllabus if they opt to do so. When will the ICSI CS December 2024 Executive examination results be announced? Ans: The ICSI CS December 2024 Executive Examination result will be declared on February 25, 2025, at 2 PM. Ans: According to ICSI guidelines, the result for the CS Executive program remains valid for five years from the date of registration. If a candidate fails one paper but gets 60% of the total marks in the remaining papers, they can pass the module by scoring 50% in the failed paper in a later exa 21. What are the requirements to pass both modules of the Executive Programme exam? To pass both modules of the Executive Programme exam, a candidate must either:
  • Appear for both modules simultaneously and secure at least 40% marks in each paper and 50% marks in aggregate for all papers, in a single sitting; or
  • If a candidate has already passed one module under the old syllabus and appears for the remaining papers of the current syllabus, they must secure at least 40% marks in each of the remaining papers and 50% marks in aggregate to pass both modules.
22. What if a candidate scores high on most papers but fails one? Ans: If you achieve 60% or more in some papers and fail one, you must reappear for the failed paper. Scoring 50% or more in that paper in a future attempt will allow you to pass the module. Exempted papers will not count in subsequent exams. 23.
