How to fill CEED 2026 Application Form?

Candidates can follow the given steps to fill out the CEED 2026 application form:

• Step 1: Online Registration: Visit the official CEED website (ceed.iitb.ac.in) and click on the registration link. Enter your basic details, such as name, email ID, date of birth, mobile number, and create a password to set up your account. 
• Step 2: Fill in Your Details: Log in using your registered credentials and open the application form. Enter the required personal information (name, parents’ names, gender, date of birth, address, nationality) and academic qualifications accurately. 
• Step 3: Select Exam Centre: Choose your preferred CEED exam centre from the list provided in the application form.
• Step 4: Upload Required Documents: Upload scanned copies of your recent photograph, signature, and other necessary documents (such as qualifying exam certificates, category certificates if applicable) in the specified format and size.
• Step 5: Pay CEED Application Fee: Proceed to pay the registration fee online using a credit card, debit card, or net banking. The fee amount depends on your category, and a late fee is applicable if you register after the last date. 
• Step 6: Submit the Application Form: Submit the form after carefully reviewing all the details. 

Documents Checklist for CEED Application Form 2026

The following documents must be kept handy while filling out the CEED 2026 application form. 

• Recent Passport-Sized Color Photograph
• Scanned Signature
• Scanned copy of Degree/Diploma Certificate or Provisional Certificate
• Category Certificate (if applicable: EWS/SC/ST/OBC-NCL)
• PwD Certificate (if applicable)
• Gazette notification, marriage certificate, or passport showing the new name, if the name differs across documents

CEED 2026 Application Fee

The CEED 2026 application fee varies based on the candidate’s category. Candidates applying after the regular deadline will need to pay a late fee of ₹500 on top of the application fee. The fee must be paid online through credit/debit cards or net banking during the application process.

CEED 2026 Eligibility Criteria

The CEED 2026 eligibility criteria outline the basic requirements candidates must fulfill to apply for the entrance exam. These criteria are established by IIT Bombay to ensure that all applicants meet the academic and other necessary standards for M.Des admissions. • Candidates who have passed the GD Arts diploma program (10+5 level) by July 2026 are also eligible to apply. 
• While qualifying for CEED makes you eligible to appear for the entrance exam, admission to individual institutes (such as IITs) may have additional or specific eligibility requirements, so candidates must check the criteria of each participating institute separately.
