Tie-Breaking Policy for NID BDes Mains Result 2025
In case two or more candidates score the same aggregate scores, their rank is determined by the tie-breaking policy as discussed below.
Candidates with higher marks in NID BDes Mains will be given priority.
If there is a tie, the candidate with higher marks in NID BDes Prelims will get priority.
If the tie continues, candidates who scored higher in Part B of the BDes Prelims will be ranked higher.
If the tie is still unresolved, candidates with higher marks in Part A of the Prelims are prioritized.
If still tied, candidates with more marks in the highest-weightage question of the BDes Mains exam will be allotted higher ranks.
If the tie persists, candidates receive the same rank.
NID Seat Allotment 2025
