The ISRO ICRB Scientist/Engineer selection process consists of two main stages: a written test and an interview. Both stages are considered for the final selection, with equal weightage (50% each) in preparing the final merit list.
Stage 1: Written Test
The written test comprises objective-type questions divided into two parts:
Part A (Technical Discipline): 80 questions, 80 marks, and negative marking of -1/3 mark for every wrong answer.
Part B (Aptitude & Ability): 15 questions, 20 marks, and no negative marking.
Stage 2: Interview
