Note: Candidates who do not bring original documents will not be allowed to join the college. No admission is allowed on the basis of a “certificate of deposit” from any other institution.

Before uploading or submitting documents for NEET 2025 counselling, students must carefully follow the instructions provided by the counselling authority (MCC or State). Submitting documents in the wrong format, incorrect order, or missing any important file can lead to cancellation of counselling or admission rejection.

Candidates must sign properly using the following steps:
Sign with black ballpoint pen on white paper.
Use running handwriting, not block (capital) letters.
Upload only your own signature. If someone else’s signature is uploaded, it may lead to cancellation.
Format should be JPG and size between 4 KB to 30 KB.
Uploading another person’s signature is treated as cheating. This can also lead to criminal proceedings under unfair means rules.
Photos should not be old or unclear. Follow these steps:
Use a recent photo taken in the last 3 months.
Face should be clearly visible, mask removed, ears must be seen.
White background is required.
You can upload either color or black-and-white photos.
Format should be JPG/JPEG, and size should be 10 KB to 200 KB.
The NTA asks for left and right hand thumb and finger impressions. These must be uploaded clearly using the official format.
Use the official NTA template.
Thumb impression must be clear, not blurred or light.
File size must be 10 KB to 200 KB.
Unclear thumb impressions will lead to disqualification.
