Odisha Special Striking Force Salary 2025: The Odisha government has approved a major salary hike for the Odisha Special Striking Force (OSSF) in 2025, raising the monthly pay for constables from ₹30,000 to ₹45,000 and for Lance Naik, Naik, and Havildar to ₹50,000. Junior Commissioned Officers and Master Grade personnel will now receive ₹55,000 per month, reflecting a significant boost for all ranks. 

This increase is part of a broader initiative to strengthen internal security and recognize the dedication of OSSF personnel, many of whom are ex-servicemen from the Army, Navy, and Central Armed Police Forces. The revised pay structure aims to enhance morale and ensure that compensation matches the expertise and risks involved in their duties.
