Introduction A step toward improvement, whether it is in your neighborhood, your own life, or across the world, is known as a positive change. No matter how big or tiny, it always makes a difference. What was the change? One of the biggest turning points in my life was learning to code. Technology always sparked my interest, but until I read an article about the several advantages of learning to code, I had never considered taking up the skill. When did it happen? About a year ago, when I was reading the essay, something occurred. How did it happen? The idea of using code to solve issues, produce new products, and make a respectable career sparked my interest. The stories of people who had improved their lives after learning to code also gave me motivation. So I started by taking an online course and then expanded my knowledge by reading books and articles. Why was it a positive change? There are several reasons why learning to code has improved my life. First of all, it has improved my ability to solve problems. Second, I now have a new ability that I can list on my resume. Thirdly, it allowed me to develop new things, like applications and websites. Fourth, it has taught me how to think both creatively and logically. I'm still learning how to code, however, and I'm looking forward to the opportunities it presents. I'm happy I decided to learn to code since I think it's a useful talent in modern times.

I've gone through some changes in the past that improved my life. I was going to make different plans earlier by reflecting on the past and the future. I became anxious, stressed, and worried as a result. I became aware of a concept known as mindfulness. It suggests that instead of focusing on the past and the future, people should focus on improving the present. It took place a year ago. How did it happen? It happened after I saw a YouTube video featuring renowned motivational speaker Mr. Sandeep Maheshwari. I listened to him and realized what was wrong with my mind. I believe that we should constantly consider the future while making decisions before watching that video. I lived too much in the past as well. I gave the present very little thought. And I now have the opportunity to work on my present with determination, self-control, and dedication. And explain why it was a positive change. It was helpful as it changed my perspective and methods of work. I spent a considerable amount of time reflecting on my past mistakes. You must be able to forgive and forget to have a good life. It has also taught me that the future is unpredictable and I should not place too much trust in it. Conclusion I will conclude by saying that the mindfulness principle has taught me that the past is behind us and will never return. And we can never predict the future. So the best course of action is to concentrate on what is already present to us.
