Fill in personal details, educational qualifications, professional qualifications, TET scores, and address carefully.
Attach all required self-attested documents and passport photographs.
Visit the respective Mandal Educational Office (MRC) where the vacancy exists between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Academic Instructor – Secondary Grade Teacher (SGT): 156 Vacancies

Applicants must fulfil the educational, professional, and preference criteria established as per standard DSC norms:
School Assistant (SA): Graduation or Post Graduation in the relevant subject along with a B.Ed degree with the concerned methodology. AP TET Paper-II qualification is preferred.
Secondary Grade Teacher (SGT): Intermediate or Graduation with D.El.Ed (D.Ed) or equivalent qualification. AP TET Paper-I qualification is preferred.
Preference Hierarchy:
Local candidates who are natives of the concerned village or mandal.
Candidates qualified in AP TET.
Candidates possessing required academic and professional qualifications as per DSC rules if TET-qualified candidates are unavailable.
Age Limit: Based on the SSC certificate date of birth as per prevailing DSC rules and Andhra Pradesh government norms.
The selection of Academic Instructors is conducted strictly at the district level without any written examination or interview:
Application Receipt: MEOs collect offline applications at Mandal Resource Centres.
Merit Calculation: A District Level Committee scrutinises applications and prepares a merit list based on 75% weightage for Academic marks and 25% weightage for Professional marks.
District Collector Approval: The final merit and selection list is approved by the District Collector.
Appointment: Appointment orders are issued through respective School Management Committees (SMC).
Selected candidates will receive a fixed honorarium credited directly to their bank accounts during the engagement period:
School Assistant (SA): ₹12,500 per month
Secondary Grade Teacher (SGT): ₹10,000 per month
