UGC NET Exams 2026

The UGC NET June 2026 examination commenced from 22 June 2026 and will continue until 30 June 2026. UGC NET 2026 is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) in online mode for candidates preparing for Assistant Professor eligibility and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). 

UGC NET 2026 Syllabus

UGC NET 2026 syllabus includes both general aptitude topics in Paper 1 and subject-specific concepts in Paper 2. Paper 1 is common for all candidates and focuses on teaching ability, reasoning, communication, ICT, research aptitude, data interpretation, and higher education awareness.

Paper 2 is based on the subject selected by the candidate and mainly covers postgraduate-level concepts and applications related to that subject.
