• Possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering or technology or its equivalent.
• Hold B.E. or B.Tech. equivalent qualifications from professional societies recognized by MoE, UPSC, or AICTE (e.g., AMIE by Institutions of Engineers). Applicants enrolled up to May 31, 2013 with professional societies recognized by the MoE are also eligible.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in architecture or design (specifically for the M.Des. program).
• Hold a Master’s degree in science disciplines including physics with electronics, instrumentation, geology, computer application physical sciences and mathematical sciences, as applicable to individual departments offering M.Tech. programs.

• Applicants commence by providing essential information, including their name, date of birth, email address, selection of a security question, security answer, and entry of the text displayed in the image, followed by the creation of a password.
• Following the input of details, applicants encounter a confirmation page showcasing all the entered information. Verification of the provided details via email received at the registered email address is required to finalize the registration process. It is imperative for applicants to ensure verification of their email addresses within three days post-registration.

• After registration, applicants can proceed to access their account by logging in with their registered email address and password.
• Next, they are required to input various personal details, including gender, nationality, state of domicile, category, sub-category, address lines 1, 2, and 3, city, state, PIN code, phone number, mobile number, and current employment status.

• Passport size photograph (4 cm (150px) width * 4.8 cm (184px) height)
• Applicant’s signature (8 cm (300px) width * 1 cm (40px) height)
• Caste/KM/PH certificate (format: JPEG/GIF/TIFF/PNG)
