General Instructions

1. Duration & Timing : The exam duration is 180 minutes. The clock is set by the server, and a countdown timer will display the remaining time. The exam will end automatically when the timer reaches zero.
2. Calculator : A virtual calculator is available on the top right of the screen. It may function differently from physical calculators.
3. Question Palette : Shows the status of each question with symbols indicating if the question has been visited, answered, or marked for review.
4. Navigation : Use the Question Palette to navigate between questions. You can also view the entire question paper by clicking the Question Paper button.
5. Answering Questions :
   • MCQ : Select one choice; click Save & Next to save and move to the next question.
   • MSQ : Select one or more choices; click Save & Next to save and move to the next question.
   • NAT : Enter the answer using the virtual keypad; click Save & Next to save and move to the next question.
6. Sections : Sections are accessible from the top bar. All sections are compulsory. You can shuffle between sections as needed.
7. Reviewing Answers : Use Mark for Review & Next to mark a question for review. Answers marked for review will be evaluated unless changed by the candidate.

Paper Specific Instructions

1. Total Questions & Marks : 60 questions, 100 marks total.
2. Section A (MCQ) : 30 questions, 50 marks total. 1 mark for questions 1-10, and 2 marks for questions 11-30. Incorrect answers result in negative marking: 1/3 mark deduction for 1 mark questions and 2/3 mark deduction for 2 mark questions.
3. Section B (MSQ) : 10 questions, 20 marks total. Each question carries 2 marks. No negative or partial marking.
4. Section C (NAT) : 20 questions, 30 marks total. 1 mark for questions 1-10, and 2 marks for questions 11-20. No negative marking.
5. Scribble Pad : Provided for rough work. Must be returned after the exam.
6. Useful Data : Available via the Useful Data link on the top right of the screen.
