What is Cutoff Marks : The JEE Main Cutoff 2023 has been published by NTA. You can check the JEE Main cutoff for different years here and find out the minimum marks needed to qualify for the JEE Advanced exam. Also, you can check the category-wise JEE cutoff below to understand the starting and ending ranks for college admission.
JEE Main cutoff has two types – qualifying cutoff and admission cutoff. The qualifying cutoff of JEE Main 2023 is the minimum score required for JEE Main 2023 candidates to be eligible for JEE Advanced . The admission cutoff of JEE Main 2023 includes the initial and final ranks for each institute and is disclosed by JoSAA (Joint Seat Allocation Authority). To qualify for JEE Advanced 2023, candidates must achieve the category-wise cutoff of JEE Main 2023, which should be more than or equal to. Only those candidates meeting the JEE Main qualifying cutoffs can take the JEE Advanced for admission to IITs in India. Candidates need to secure minimum ranks (closing ranks) for admission to JEE Main participating institutes.
