Goa NEET Counselling 2025, Dates, Registration, Eligibility, MBBS Seats

Goa NEET Counselling 2025 will be conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Porvorim to provide admission to eligible students in MBBS and BDS courses under the 85% state quota seats in Goa. The counselling process is only for those students who qualify in the NEET 2025 exam and fulfill the eligibility criteria set by the state authority. The remaining 15% of the seats will be filled through All India Quota (AIQ) counselling conducted by MCC.

The counselling is held in multiple rounds to ensure fair seat distribution. After each round, a merit list of selected candidates is published on the official website - dte.goa.gov.in. Only those students who appear in the merit list will be allowed to proceed with admission.

Goa NEET Counselling 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet certain eligibility rules before applying for counselling. These include age, education, NEET qualification, and state residency requirements. Fulfilling all these rules is important for securing a valid seat under the state quota.

• The candidates who are domiciled in Goa state or have been residing in the state for the last ten years can fill out the Goa medical counselling form.
• Candidates must have qualified for class 10th and 12th exams with passing marks from a recognized university. They should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology, and English are compulsory subjects with 50% marks for the General category and 45% marks for the SC/ST/OBC categories
• The candidate must have qualified for the NEET 2025 exam with a high score
• The minimum age of the candidate willing to appear in the NEET exam is 17 years.

Goa NEET Counselling Process 2025

The Goa NEET counselling process 2025 will be administered by the DTE, Goa for eligible candidates. The counselling process is a stage-wise process and the final admission will be offered to those who qualify for all the rounds.
