Course-wise Eligibility

Gujarat NEET Counselling Process 2025
The Gujarat NEET Counselling 2025 is conducted by ACPUGMEC for students who want to take admission in MBBS, BDS, Ayurvedic, and Homeopathy courses under state quota. The process involves registration, document verification, and seat allotment. Candidates must follow each step carefully to get admission.
Step 1: Purchase PIN
The first step is to buy a PIN from the official counselling website – medadmgujarat.org. You have to make an online payment of:

After buying the PIN, you can proceed with the next step.
Step 2: Online Registration and Uploading Documents
Once you purchase the PIN:

Fill in your NEET 2025 and personal details.

Upload scanned copies of your documents as required.

After submitting, take a printout of your registration form.
This form is needed for document verification.
Step 3: Book Appointment for Document Verification
After registration:

Book an appointment to visit a Help Center.

Visit the selected Help Center on time with your original documents and self-attested photocopies.

Step 4: Collect Acknowledgement Slip
At the Help Center:

NRI candidates must visit the ACPUGMEC Office at GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar for document verification.

Submit a Demand Draft of ₹10,000 (Non-refundable), payable to "ACPUGMEC".

Submit the DD and documents during verification only.
Step 5: Merit List Preparation

ACPUGMEC will prepare a merit list based on your NEET 2025 All India Rank (AIR).

The merit list will be published on the official website.

Only verified candidates will be included in the list.
Step 6: Online Choice Filling and Seat Allotment
After the merit list:

ACPUGMEC will share the seat matrix, counselling schedule, and fee details on the website

Candidates will log in and choose their preferred colleges.
Seat allotment will be based on rank, choices filled, category, and seat availability.

Download your allotment letter after results are declared.
Step 7: Reporting to Allotted College
If you are allotted a seat:

Report to the given college within the deadline.
