CBSE 12th Commerce Toppers List 2024: The CBSE will release the Class 12th toppers list for 2023-24 along with the exam results. In 2023, CBSE chose not to publish a merit list to prevent unhealthy competition among students and stopped awarding first, second, or third divisions. Instead, the top 0.1% of students will receive merit certificates for achieving the highest marks in their subjects.
This year, the results have been announced slightly earlier than usual. The overall pass percentage is 87.98%, with girls outperforming boys. The pass percentage for girls is approximately 91.52%, while for boys, it is 85.12%. Trivandrum has been recognized as the top-performing district. Out of 16,96,770 students who appeared for the exams, 4,138 centers were used across India, and 71 centers were located outside the country. In 2023, the CBSE announced it would no longer publish a merit list for Class 12 to avoid fostering unhealthy competition among students. The board also stopped awarding first, second, or third divisions. Instead, merit certificates will be given to the top 0.1% of students with the highest marks in their subjects. Given last year's decision, it's unlikely that the CBSE will release a topper list for Class 12 in 2024 along with CBSE 12th Result 2024 .
