• Candidates must have qualified classes 10 and 12 with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
• Applicants must hold a Bachelor's Degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline from a central and state recognized University. The course duration of a bachelor's degree must be 3 years or more.
• Candidates should also have a minimum of 3 years of full-time work experience after graduation.

MDI Selection Process

• Initial Shortlisting: Candidates are selected based on their CAT/GMAT scores and other details provided in their MDI application forms.
• Group Discussion and Personal Interviews: After the initial shortlisting, candidates are called to participate in the GD/PI rounds. These sessions take place in various cities such as Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Gurugram, Hyderabad, and Mumbai. However, for some candidates, MDI provides the option to attend GD/PI rounds through Zoom.
• Final Selection: The final list of selected candidates is determined by evaluating their GMAT/CAT scores, performance in GD & PI, academic qualification, work experience, academic diversity, and social diversity.
