I frequently use phrases like "Please," "Thank you," "Excuse me," and "I’m sorry." These phrases are very essential to start or continue any conversation.

I feel disappointed or upset when someone is not polite to me. However, I try to stay calm and maintain a proper polite attitude towards them.

Yes, sometimes it is very challenging to stay polite. In stressful situations, I tend to lose politeness. For example, when someone acts rudely in front of me, sometimes I find it difficult to stay calm and polite.

Yes, children are taught to be polite in your country from an early age. In my country, politeness is exercised regularly by parents and schools to develop correct behavior among children.

10. Do you think technology affects politeness in communication?

Yes, technology has affected politeness in communication. Due to technological advancements, people usually send short and informal messages that can miss politeness expressions.
